I wanted to share a recommendation for a local Williamstown Kentucky ice cream shop I recently visited. It is truly a diamond in the rough, and if you love ice cream, I highly recommend checking it out.
The employees mentioned that it is a homegrown business, and I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere and the charm of the town.

Kentucky Y'all Icebox is a local favorite! With Kentucky made Taylor Belle's ice cream, they serve generous scoops for a great price. Flavors change month to month, about 8 flavors, including dair free options. Did I mention sprinkles are free?!
This shop isn't just any regular ice cream joint. There is a crackle behind the live record playing, transporting you into an atmosphere of eclectically curated vintage sensations. Looking around you will see the heart, thought, and time put into decorating such a one of a kind parlor.
Check out the menu as there are discounts for nearly every day of the week, including First Responders, Grant County Residents, among others. Hand made consignments, locally made candies, etc are also offered.
Another special piece of Kentucky Y'all Icebox is DREAM, a philanthropic mission to provide work for people with special needs. If you needed anymore reason to stop in, just by purchasing ice cream here, you are making that dream a reality.

This cute little ice cream shop is rated #1 on yelp and so we choose it for our impromptu ice cream craving and boy y'all are we glad we did.
This cute little shop is in a safe part of a cute small town so the view is nice and this is some of the best tasting Ice cream we have ever had. I got the Southern Belle which is birthday cake flavor but it kinda tasted like cotton candy with a hint of birthday cake it was amazing. My Dad said he had the best banana ice cream he's ever had. My husband said the same about his butter pecan with my mom and my little nephew had strawberry and liked it, but took mine over after trying it 😂. It's ok the 5 year old always wins. My daughter got cotton candy dipping dots but taste tested all of ours and loved it. If your looking Ice Cream do Not pass this cute shop up. All of their ice cream is hand made by them and it's amazing. There is some seating outside, you can choose a waffle cone or a cup to put it in. The price is very affordable. Make sure to sign the guest book which was an amazing touch. Great stop, no regrets, can't recommend it enough. Enjoyed it so much thank you for the memory.
